K8 ecu and a/c question
I have been running a kl48 ecu with eprom chip on my ze for quite some time now. I have recently ran into some trouble, thinking it may be the ecu chip, I put in my k8 ecu that also had the eprom chip. After that, the problems with the engine seemed to go away, but now my a/c doesnt work. I put the ...

Re: DRIFT KIT INSTALLED!!!
If you look in the ricer magazines you can find good deals on rims and tires. I've seen 17 inch 205/40/17 tires in there for 65 bucks, and that is with free shipping. If you get a 17x7 rim those tires will fit just right. There is nothing better looking than an mx-3 with a kit, lowered, and with aft...

Re: Which one is faster?
No matter what anyone says, the klze has more potential than the bpt. First of all, there are bpt guys that put down more hp than me but their et's aren't as quick because their off boost power is pooo. The only thing holding back klze's is aftermarket support. Think about it. We have more displacem...

By the looks of it, you also need to polish up those headlights and add aftermarket rims to your list of what to buy next.

Re: What is a nitrous blowdown used for?
I talked to my local ricer shop about the same thing. I asked if i could rig some sort of tube up but he said no, the tech guys want to see something legit. He offered to sell me one for 30 bucks  Pretty cheap, but I haven't had a chance to go to the track in a while so i don't need it quite ...

Re: What is a nitrous blowdown used for?
If you have a hatch back or the bottle in the interior of the car you need a blow down tube. It's a safety measure. If the nitrous blows out the safety valve, the tube routs the nitrous outside the vehicle instead of inside the cabin. I ran at the track without one, I just went throug tech without m...

Just trying to save you from getting laughed at. I had an unpainted body kit on my car for a while, but the whole car, including the body kit, was primer gray. It sucked, I know how it is, but then again I didn't have "racing seat covers" or underbody neons. However, I did have nitrous oxi...

Re: Cavalier Buddy Club 2 on an MX-3!
I would definitely try cutting the stock mx3 bumper right below the headlight line and molding it onto the lower part of the cavy bumper. Make sure you fiberglass both inside and out, sand down very well, and bondo. Don't hit anything or it will crack very easily.
