Re: will a straight neck TB fit the US millenia IM?

you might find the studs on the end of the inlet manifold the wrong length so at worst you will just have to swap them over as well & also make up a bracket to hold the throttle cable. Otherwise ok.

When I got my KLZE which was a Millenia type it has a cracked TPS - I took the TPS off my old K8 and it works no problem at all!

Re: TPS adjustment: Which method?

I've always done with the fan method and making sure you have a 15 thou' gap on the throttle stop - never had any problem idling after doing this way. Just make sure you lock up the adjustment screw for the stop after.

Re: Timing belt installation......which marks do i use??

take out plug to #1 cylinder and stick in a long screwdriver - rotate the engine slowly and when it get to the top of the stroke (screwdriver is highest!) take a look at where the rotor arm is pointing to - if it's #1 spark plug lead AND the timing mark on the crank pulley is around 10 degrees (that...

Re: CEL after cai install

it's the little vacuum pipe - try putting a one way valve over the end of it - a PCV one works well. Or make a hole in CAI tube the filter side of the VAF

Re: Fuel Filter

or run the car & pull the fuse for the injectors - it then dies and there is no pressure anywhere.
