my car didn't have those pain in the butt brackets in the way when i got it. i guess i got a retard plastic piece or something or maybe i just got lucky. Anyways i have a 6.75 inch kenwood midbass back there with an Ultimate crossover mounted underneath of it.

Do you have a stereo system or anything else that may be draining your battery? If so you may need to check your altenator.

When i have only my headlights (my stereo off) and i push the brakes my headlights dim. When i have my headlights on and i turn my stereo up they don't dim. To me this makes no sense. My amp pulls about 50 amps at max power which is quite alot for the stock altenator but the lights are fine with it ...
