most bodyshops that do custom work will have them.. youre looking at around 250 (lowest ive heard of) to 400 installed. just go asking around, youll find someone that does them for sure.

For the lights i think once you remove 3 screws all you need to do is pull the taillight toward the center area of the car.. ...

its not really a hole, but its kinda like a plug that covers the hole, so you need to push it out somehow and put the power wire thru it, then set it back into place.. im pretty sure thats how i had mine done, i just got a friend to install my system. you should be able to see this "plug" ...
