It will. It has to be from a second gen Protege.

I would take it to shop to verify oil pressure. Have them install a gauge to make sure there are no problems. You may have a gauge malfunction.

Before getting into diagnosis, what type of (brand) oil pressure gauge do you have?

Make sure that there are no leaks at the sending unit, which I would imagine you have an oil pressure gauge teed off from. Or do you have it teed off somewhere else...cyl head, etc.?

I disagree. I think the MX-6, 626, and PGT 4cyl trannies and the ZX2 tranny will bolt up, just the splines in the diff are wrong. Then there's axel work and all that crap. So on that point you're right, V6 is just better. The bellhousings are different btwn 4 and 6 cyls. They WILL NOT WORK unless y...

Yes, you should be looking for a v-6 trans. Forget about the 4cyl stuff...they won't bolt up to a v-6.

The spline counts are the side gears mated with the diff. That means you need a 28 spline count inner cv joint or entire axle which the GS, v-6 model Mx allready has.

The stock fenders weigh in at very little. There won't be a huge weight savings in the fenders, but the hood, yes. I think it would be cool to have along with a c.f hood and bumper, then paint it all the color of the car. :)

Since I cannot see what damage has been done to the frame, I'm not sure the frame is bent at all. I would replace the bent suspension first, then have the alignment checked. The alignment readings are the electronic eyes of seeing what bent parts you have.

Nothing to worry about guys. That's the casting line of the cyl. head. I tried to remove as much as possible to make it all blend together where it splits the 2 valves.

Jaydogs 94 Mx-3 BP turbo

This is my worklog for my newest build-up on my 94 Mazda Mx-3. I've allready swapped in a Bp-t engine from a 323 GTX a couple of yrs back. The stock GTX engine was a good engine and ran strong untill I melted a hole in the #3 cyl on June 3rd, earlier this yr at Road Atlanta. After carefull thought, ...

Ground control adjustable coilovers can give you a lower ride height that use Eibach springs.
