i bought a ignition tune up kit and the socket has the rubber in the inside. that's what i dont get, the new plugs fit good but for some reason the old ones wont hold. i guess i'll just have 2 spend 80 bucks and let pep boys do it. just doesnt seem that complicated to me.

a/c causing idle?

ok, i recently had my a/c recharged and thought this would have resolved the problem but it hasn't. when i turn the a/c on it works yet i can hear a weird noise and the car appears to jolt. apparently the a/c is adding a load which just makes the problem more apparent. when the a/c is off, the jolts...

wire hanging out from my front bumper?

yeah, it's the wierdest thing...car drives normal but I noticed a wire with black tubing and a blue snap case at the end of it just hanging from the bottom driver side bumper to the ground. Any suggestion of what this might be? There was no writing on the black tubing. :welder:

Re: WD-40 VS BELT DRESSING

is this solution temporary? how much should you tighten this bolt? will the added pressure cause the belt to snap? does the bolt have an easy access and has anyone actually done this?
