Re: KL-03 & KL-ZE Comparison
KL-ZE has more horsepower AND more torque... i think it runs around 190 something lbs/torque (not sure). I know that it has about 200hp and performes better then the KL-03 because of its 10.1 compression (vs 9.1), its more aggressive cams, flat pistons and larger intake ports. Here is website with s...

Re: Please Help , Just want PRM Intake ! !
I ordered mine through TunerWorks AutoHouse which is just a performance shop in Calgary. Just get yours through some shop and they will charge you like $20 more but you won't have the asle of shipping and stuff.
For winter, just change you intake back to your stock airbox if you worried about it. ...

Re: KL-ZE aftermarket ecu and APEXI
What about the stand alone ones? Is that the same as the ones you plug in your laptop? How hard would it be to set your air flow and everything? could you just go at it and feel it until you peaked the performance?
Apexi are nice because they look blue and fancy <--- there I said it, that's it for...

Re: selling a fast mx-3
i just spent all my money on a KL-ZE swap man :( where do you live btw? You should try putting an ad in the autotrader or something. Or go to the track with a "For Sale" sign on it. There's always teenagers around looking for a fast car who have daddys with too much money.
Good luck with...

KL-ZE aftermarket ecu and APEXI
What is the best ecu for the KL-ZE engine? Should I use the KL-ZE oem one (around $200cnd) or is there a better one for it?
What about apexi controller stuff (the non-vtec ones). Would it do anything on the KL-ZE? Is it even worth getting.
Thanks

Re: Gunmetal rims on Black Mx-3
The Problem with gun metal or black rims is that upclose they look good but from far away it looks like you have cheap "steel" rims on. Pretty much you spend 1000$ on rims and looks like from far away like you could use some hov, hop caps <--- (spelled right?)
Just a thought

VizualXTC: I just emailed you saying that I was in but I'm just curious about the "Not a group buy". So once the price is guaranteed we just deal with the company and get it for $850usd? And does anyone know how you pay for stuff that expensive if you don't have a credit card? I have the c...

Guy at dealership told me 45 to 50 (cnd).
He also said that they are working on a turbo sports model for 2004-2005.
THAT would be FREAKIN SWEET!!! Think, the renesis engine gets 255 hp and its NA. Think what even small turbo could do to that. I think it will be at least 320 hp which means it wou...

Re: Question for the Tinto-matic tinters out there
The tint job itself was really nice for me but where does little "bumps" are on the mx-3 rear hatch, the tint didn't stick much to that part greating millions of tiny little bubles (you can see them if you look very closely). ![Sad :(](./images/smilies/icon_sad.gif)
