There's two bolts that hold the calipers on. If you remove those, then the whole thing will come off.
I had no problems removing mine, nor did anything obstruct me from taking them off either.

That's really weird.
That front end almost looks like it's been altered in photoshop, but in some ways it doesn't.
Sporting SRT-10 wheels it looks like too.
Body lines are similar to a Jaguar, but who knows. I know they made an all polished aluminum car body and it looked very similar.

The pictures you've most likely seen are headlights/taillights with vinyl stickering on them.
It's very easy to do with a sheet of it, and takes under an hour for either the headlights or taillights.
