Re: Need a step by step 4 B6T swap W/4sohc
Crev try getting the wiring harness and ecu first. Than try swapping it in place of the orignal.. Ask chris its a pain, and really easy to mess up.. YOU Will have electrical gremlins for a long time.
You need a tranny and axels. Which tranny are you going to use with the bpt?
A mx-3 with a b6-t ...

Re: turbo 94 RS
David is right, the GTR is just a boost controller away. Who here has ever changed the valves on a head? You get a better manifold, better valves, most importantly a better turbo. GTR would be the engine of choice between the two.

<font size="1" face="Verdana, Aria...

Re: Need a step by step 4 B6T swap W/4sohc
BPT is not a direct drop in. Other than the wiring problems you WILL have, you will also need a new transmission, and new axels. The bp-t swap is more expensive. If you plan on pusshing HP past 230 than the bp-t is the way to go

<font size="1" face="Verdana, Arial"...

I'll assume you want 300 HP at the wheels. First thing I want to mention is that the tranny is very weak, no drag launches.
I believe that the bpt would be a better choice but it can be done with the b6-t also.
You will need a bigger turbo a combination of a
t3/t4.
