Koni Inserts in Tokico blue housing?

I've been trying to figure out if the Koni inserts will fit into a tokico blue strut, but cannot for the life of me find any information about it. I would also rather not have to buy a set of junkyard struts if I don't have to haha :D

Has anyone ever attempted/tried this?
