Re: best tires for v6???

I got Bridgeston Potenzas on my car and they are VERY QUITE (hardly any road noise). I highly recommend this tire.
Oh, ya. It's not OUR cars that have 'pricey' tires lol. Every performance tire out there is pricey...no mater what the car you put it on.
[ June 15, 2003: Message edited by: zytariu...

Re: PLEASE HELP (ProtogeSTS)

If you ask me, ground control coil-overs are a waste of money IF you don't plan on getting a body kit. I've got a simple setup (ZX2 Struts paired with Suspension Technique lowering springs). As is stands right now, my stock front bumper is sitting 3" off the ground! I just got the vital grounds...

Re: Cardomain Pictures...

It blows me away how everyone on this board is "...ground control this, coil-over that".
If you get a good set of lowering springs ~1.5" drop, Struts, and have a body kit...you're car will be ****in' like 1" off the ground on the front (unless you get a bumper like the corkspor...

Re: dumb question that needs anwsering

Get a rubber hose that is small in diameter than the shifter and then slip it on. Obviously it's going to be a REAL TIGHT fit, but it's worth it in the end...cause it won't compress after.

Re: hiding license plates in pics

It's very easy to find out where somone lives (to the exact house) if you know just about any traffic cop. Give me you're plate and i'll be able to tell you within 48 hours (depending how busy my friend is) where you live.
[ June 14, 2003: Message edited by: zytariuk ]

Re: Body kit

Corksport, Pakfeifer, and Vital Grounds are equal in terms of easy installation...In my eyes at least.
Note: I didn't list corksport.com because they were an American company...
[ June 13, 2003: Message edited by: zytariuk ]

Re: Body kit

Here are most of the Canadian guys that deal with Mx-3 bodykit(s). I recommend both Vital Grounds and Pakeifer.
NOTE: Vital Grounds currently has a group buy in the works over at http://www.mx-3.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=002490&p= (see picture below)
:) .
http...
