just cut the bolts head then slide it out the other way! I have no idea what i could possibly fit down there to cut the bolt. Plus... i can't really get to the nut on the through bolt because i had to cut the linkage off before the "head" of it, so i can't get a socket up there. Haven't t...

I looked at those, but they looked like welded/captive nuts, maybe due to rust?
Do i need to remove the east/west crossmember deal that goes across the trans crossmember to remove these? I guess it would be item #14 in that diagram.
