Re: Shifter pops out of 5th gear- bushing or trans problem?
My son ended up sending his older brother with money to special ordering & buying the shoulder bolts from the local Mazda dealer @ over $5 each which took a few days to come in. Took about $23 total to fix this. Will update on the popping out of 5th gear when I can get him to respond but he said...

Or a G series core (guts) pack (forgot tge exact term for that gear set) in an F series will be the same as I understand it if you have to go that route.

Re: Official Transmission Swap Information (Update 21/05/201
Ryan, I am a bit dislexic so please ignore the typos in my worklog & other newbie posts on the engine code B6-DE 1.6L I4. Due to popping out of 5th gear in last 2 years and whining (really rattling) sound since bought it. Just read all this thread again. 1st time was about 3 years ago when I got...

Re: Shifter pops out of 5th gear- bushing or trans problem?
Hate having to put out an APB when the M25F-M man trans parts sources and shifter link spacer/ bushing info are in another post and searches are not finding specific retail sources or dimensions or just not standing out enough to grasp my attention as I can not spend hours per day browsing here like...

Re: 94 RS D6-DE F25M-R High or creeping idle
Put the high and creeping idle when engine cold with also a when engine warm very low idle particularly bad after heating up during errand short trip restarts to bed. It seems leaks or working off of the connection at the aging dry rotting intake snorkel / bellows bottom line connection and in the c...

Re: specialtyneed '94 MX3 RS
One site with that hit description says it stopped selling Mazda OEM parts in mid December of last year. The other one when selected year 1994 the model field is empty. Was hoping to get dimensions to fabricate better ones from aircraft grade aluminum or similar upgrade material.

Re: specialtyneed '94 MX3 RS
The engine and transaxle mounts seem tight but we will reinspect and shake or stall torque check them. However I know due to wear on those rubber tabs around the shifter mount opening that we had to crs saftey wire the shifter in or it would fall down. Also the plastic spacers acting like bushings i...

Re: specialtyneed '94 MX3 RS
Thank you, I am agreeing with you on the O2 sensor and idle control valve and or in combo with another vacuum leak(s) as very high likely culprits. I will try the connector elimination. My auto correct is off but what I meant by ....anemia... was low rpm when hottest after a short shutdown under 30 ...

Re: specialtyneed '94 MX3 RS
We found a vacuum leak where you can not see at all under the intake convoluted snorkel at larger plastic fitting poorly fitting as its aging and likely just got missed in inspections. Idle us much better however three things are getting much worse lately. First the vehicle has hot errand trip idle ...
