I believe the swap is easier in the 1.8 models but I haven't heard that it's not possible to put it in the 1.6 model. This harness will run the motor, you will need to splice in some wires on the dash harness to maintain the tach and some of the other gauges. You may need to upgrade some components ...

Sorry, buyer backed out, it's back up for sale again. Working on a new supplier locally, my old supplier said he is getting me motors on a constant basis soon... we'll see how that goes.
