Re: MrMazda92's '92 GS "Tracy" - ChalkBoard Paint

Dude you'll love it. Go to WalMart, get a bucket of chalk for $5, invite a pile of people over for a BBQ and a car decorating party. The more alcohol involved the better. :freak:

MrMazda92 wrote:Haha, this is great for sure!

How many cans will it take to paint a full car, with enough for a few touchups?
I bought 7 cans for a total of about $75. It took 3 to do the whole car minus the back/mudflaps/mirrors/front lip/hood.

Re: Lynchz GS - Slight Appearance Change

i've been considering this too just due to the easy respray. Thats actually the primary reason I did it, I knew it would be fun, but it's so low maintanance and touchups are invisible. So the next a$$ that keys my car... I'll just draw a big arrow: 'Some MORON keyed my car!' Then sand it and paint ...

You really have no idea man... it's a gas. Today the quarter pannel says:

Re: Lynchz GS - The Chalkboard MX3

Verdict is in: This stuff really works!! My Son's 'artwork' was on the car for the last week, sitting outside all day cooking in the heat. I washed the car today at a coin-op.... one pass with the pressure hose with soap and it all disappeared without a trace. I was actually worried for a bit there ...
