Re: Nitrous Interior Details
I see it seems to me that movies/videogames showing a momentary button on the steering wheel is not generally correct. Instead a nitrous system can be wired with an arm and WOT switch such that when the system is armed you will automatically get the nitrous boost at WOT. That also allows you to ...

Nitrous Interior Details
Been dreaming for a while about a NOS fogger system and poking around the mx3 worklogs and noticed people haven't said too much about how they've altered the interiors of their cars when they installed a nitrous system. So I though I would pose a few questions to the people who have spray on their ...

Re: MX-3 for all tastes
I always picture my mx3 evolving like a pokemon into a Porsche 944. Fully built turbo KLZE in the front, LSD transaxle in the back (6 gears?), SE interior kept the same, mazdaspeed front bumper. We can all dream can't we?

Re: Mazda Mx-3: Future Classic?
A RWD MX-3 would be sick, if there is two things the MX-3 needs its RWD and more power!

Re: SE Heated Seats In Non-SE Mx-3 + Mod (Pics)
I've edited my old post and using the calculator I respeced out the LEDs to be paired with resistors. I've also changed out the red LED for a brighter one that will be closer to the brightness of the blue LED. If you're happy with the changes Nd4SpdSe I recommend replacing the old radioshack parts ...

Re: SE Heated Seats In Non-SE Mx-3 + Mod (Pics)
Is my method over-engineered? I confess yes a bit, I wanted the LED's to work as if the car had rolled off the line with LEDs in the switch. I bet if those switches had originally been made with LEDs you would see two voltage regulators printed on the circuit board.

Re: SE Heated Seats In Non-SE Mx-3 + Mod (Pics)
The voltage regulator may be more cleaver, but it's more complicated and I honestly don't see that fitting side the switches at all. I had to do some triming just for the led leads, no way a regulator would fit inside if I couldn't get the resistors cleanly inside. Besides, you'd need 2 of them ...

Re: Mazda Mx-3: Future Classic?
The mx-3 was never a really popular car, it has its own close colt like following, but it is not overall a popular car, such as old Camaro's, Mustang's, and Z car's were popular and sought after. I could see Honda Civic's and Acura Integra's becoming the next classic, because they are popular ...

Re: Guess who got their hands on a SE
Sounds like a great deal provided nothing goes wrong with the car within the next year or so... I recently bought a MX-3 SE that needed all new brakes and some suspension replaced before it was road worthy. Pricey

Re: Mazda Mx-3: Future Classic?
Personally I've got a Blaze Red '93 MX-3 SE that I've recently bought and have been fixing it up over the summer. I think this car could be a future classic not just because it's rare, but it has been the symbol of a lot of people's youth. I can see it having the baby boomer effect where people see ...

Mazda Mx-3: Future Classic?
Now that our cars are starting to get long in the tooth (especially the earlier mx-3's), and are getting rarer as more are being junked and taken off the road. I thought I would start the debate, In another decade's time will our cars become sought after classics or obscure old imports with little ...

Re: Easy LED trunk light conversion
Looks sweet! The small incandescent lights on cars as old as ours is pretty dim and pathetic compared to LEDs. It great to be able to modernize like this.
