Re: Late for work video
I have seen that before... he is in Montreal and it is a VW... I am really surprised he didn't hit anything. I don't think it would have been as exciting if he didn't speed up the camera.

Re: Map lighting
The one with the rubber boot is the replacement... I have the same thing. I did exactly what you said about sanding it (the metallic contact). The wire that is attached to the switch must go to the lights (I am not 100% certain). When you open the passenger door, does your car beep at you? I am not ...

Re: Map lighting
I cleaned one switch (took it all apart, sanded it etc.) and it worked for a couple of months and then it stopped working again. The other switch, I couldn't clean enough to get it to work.

Re: Map lighting
You can get the door switches from Mazda for under $10. There is one screw and a wire that hold the switch in. I think it is a really poor design because water gets in the switch and corrodes the contacts. The new switch has a rubber boot on it to keep moisture out. I hope this helps.

Re: ontario exterior lights question
I don't think that the blue covers are illegal because they sell them at the license office.

Re: Opinions on Mazda 3
I am getting the hatchback (here it is called the Sport). I thought that the car handled very well, and acceleration was excellent, and it felt roomy inside. In my opinion, the interior looks much better than the other cars in its class. I think I will have to wait a little longer because I cannot g...

Re: Opinions on Mazda 3
It is a really good car! I am ordering one within the next couple of weeks (I spent money on the MX-3 to get ready to sell it, so I am waiting for a little more money in my account before I buy). I test drove the Mazda 3 Sport GS. With 4 people in the car, it still moved really quick. I am ordering ...
