bleh.. so switching the fuel lines around was the problem. i fixed that and it started right up with a pulling the battery out of my car is a bit of a pita. How do people still do this? Does no one else just remove the one from the fpr and unbolt the feed? Always done it this way myself and its foo...

Nope, just spin it with an extension in the plug hole and watch till it comes to its top most position, and check the timing marks on the covers with your balancer, should line up pretty easy that way.

Just did a major tune up plugs electrodes were almost to the ceramic, and the cap and rotor had major carbon arcing. runs great but now i have an idle issue just started when it goes into gear it jumps up to 1200 out of gear around 750 don't know whats causing it. Anyone ran into this before? Thank...

You wouldnt be trying to remove it with the ball joint unhooked are you? If so that might be some of the problem, I knock mine with a BFH while its all attached to unseat them then they usally come apart easily when you unbolt the balljoint after. I just took the rubber hood supports out of there spot above the headlights near the fender and stuffed the pins in there. Then cut my hood where it lined up with them. It was pretty easy. how much did you have to drill out or is the opening big enough? Sorry if its a silly question by my factory s...

Hey can you post a close up of your hood pin install on the fenders? Borderline getting a new hood and it would require relocating the pins
