I think I found the issue!!!
I was able to have someone else start the car so I could listen to the engine....and theres a hole on the intake mani....right behind the throttle body that is suckin in air!!!! its not the idle adjustment screw....wtf is it?

yah it will stay running (kinda) if I keep it floor....then it just backfires like a b---- haha Im gonna go back to the parking lot today and take all my intake s--- apart and make sure everything is tight!.....if that doesnt do it, which I doubt it will, Ill have to get it towed outta there before ...

Yah I will go back tomorrow since its suppose to be warmer and take all the intake crap apart and put it back together and Im using the KL36 ECU I do believe......so no idea what MAF the previous owner used to work with that....I didnt do that swap and I havent educated myself as much as I should ha...

well I went back and went over everything obvious....didnt see anything wrong anywhere......start it up and same crap as last night. nope its still there!....the spots not super steep or anything but its enough.....tank is about 1/2 full...... definitely a fuel/spark/timing issue though....but the distributor didnt move when I checked the plug wires so I doubt its timing (but the way the engine shook when trying to start it almos...
