Re: Mercury Capri Motor?
read the worklogs.. there are a lot of different setups for the RS. I definitely will. I'm just exploring my options right now. I've found a few complete cars with minor issues that peaked my interest. There are a few things missing on my car (like lock cylinders) that I would like to pull from the...

Re: Mercury Capri Motor?
I'm not sure, to be honest. The guy gave me very VERY little info on it. Since he doesn't have the wiring harness, I'm thinking of looking elsewhere. It's so cheap that I kinda don't want to pass it up though.RS_OBD'oh_2 wrote:maf or vaf?

Mercury Capri Motor?
I came across a turbo 1.6l with 140k miles on it out of a 91 Mercury Capri. The guy has the transmission (manual), mass air flow sensor, ecu, and new axles, but he doesn't have the wiring harness. Does anyone have experience with this particular swap?

Looks AWESOME! I'm debating if I want to tackle interior or exterior first on mine. She's white, but could definitely use a fresh coat of paint.

Re: Hello all
Hi, Kate. Welcome! Thanks for saving another MX-3 :) I'd like to see a worklog, and I'm always curious about what people look like. If you feel like it, post up on the "What do you look like?" thread. I haven't done anything fun with her yet. I did all 4 struts and strut mounts, front whe...

Hello all
Hey guys, my name is Kate. I've been on here for a few months, but never introduced myself. I bought a 5 spd white '93 MX-3 in January, after moving to Rhode Island from south Florida. The previous owner did ZERO maintenance on the car (it still had the original cap and rotor), so now I'm cleaning u...

Re: anyone have any stock front coil springs?
I was recently informed by another user that there is a lifetime warranty on the springs and automatic seatbelts. I'll send you the links for the info if you still need the springs.
