If the belts are too tight do they still squeal?

It squeals when I first start the car and turn the wheel, but when the car is warmed up its fine.

I just bought an a/c and a ps belt and before the belts made a high pitch squealing noise, but then after i replaced the belts they still squealed alittle especially the ps belt. Anyway im just wondeirng how tight do the belts need to be and is there anyway to tell w/o using a v-belt tension gauge?

Actually both the filiaments were broken for the high beams. Time for some xenon bulbs =). Thanks for all of your help

It doesnt matter if i push or pull. They just turn off the lights completely either way.

Hi everyone i just recently got a 1992 mazda mx3 gs and had it about a month now everthing on it is perfect except for the high beams.
