Re: Spring rates
#/inch
200 = 200 lbs will compress springs 1 inch. 400 lbs would compress the spring 2 inches.

Re: tire size change
first number = section width
second number = aspect ratio (sidewall = "X" percent of section width)
third number = diameter, match to wheels you want.
example: 205/50//15
205mm wide, 50% of 205mm per sidewall, and will fit on 15" wheels.

Re: This **** is expensive!!!
Eibach springs are ~170-200 bucks US. A decent set of struts, ZX2s, are under 250 in parts.
I have no clue what you were looking for.

Re: performance brake pads
It doesn't matter. A brake rotor is a brake rotor. FWIW, I had cross-drilled rotors on my Protege. (wouldn't do it again, though)
Anyway, Hawk, Porterfield, Carbotech, anyone of these can hook you up with some good pads for your application.

Re: performance brake pads
it still matters a lot if youre concerned about performance. Sure the fronts do the majority of the braking, but you can play with Bias by using different front to rear brake pads.
