Definately a good idea to mock it up with pvc first... plus them you can take measurements off the pvc if you decide you want it... Weight is a huge issue in a car like an mx-3... one trick is going to be getting the weight distribution right and making it so it passes inspection if you're in a comp...

I like two tones but you have to hit the angle right, that blue and white is unique but it does hide the body line... gotta find that balance that really makes the body line pop out

I'm thinking of building mine... I want to do the Northwest rally circuit next year in the FWD class... still need to find someone dumb enough to sit in the passenger seat and be a navigator...

I was hoping to find a KLZE for sale in the Northwest, preferably within 350 miles of Pullman, Wa... So Seattle, Portland, Boise, Western Montana... I'm hoping to spend between 500 and 750 for a long block, maybe a little more if you have any components I need for the swap. I'll drive and pick it up...

I was thinking about unique paint colors that would look good on the mx-3 and are really simple to lay down... i was thinking i would go flat beige on the bottom half of the car and a flat balck up top... for the beige i was thinking the military's sand color... any comments or ideas?

Ok... so, the car runs fine and all... the problem is that it is not putting out hardly any power (its a struggle to get to 60)... any common issues that may cause a power loss like that?
