Hey, i got an MB Quart component set installed in my doors. Every now and then my right speaker cuts out and all i hear is static. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

I just got a sweet a-- set of rims for christmas and i was wondering something. How important is it to keep shitty rims on during the winter and only use the good rims for other seasons?
