http://www.totaljdm.com/ - A friend told me about this place. I haven't dealt with them, so I can't comment on it. But they are in the GVA area.

Running hotter after new water pump
I just replaced my water pump and it appears to be running just a bit warmer and the cooling fan is kicking on more and staying on longer. The coolant level is right to the top and holding, so there are no leaks. I did notice that the replacement pump I got had a slightly different impeller, but I ...

Yah,
I was hoping I wouldnt have to re-tap the hole. There isn't enough room to get a drill down there. I would have to pull then engine to get enough room or drill out the inner fender. This is soo frustrating, just for a stupid water-pump. I guess I'll just keep welding nuts to what's left of the ...

water-pump bolt broke
Hey guys,
I am in the middle of replacing my waterpump. The mid lower bolt broke. I welded a nut on the end and it rest of the bolt broke off, so it's flush with the block now. I have never had good experiences with easy outs, so that is out of the question. However, has anyone ever had this ...

Re: over-heated
I think I might not have been clear. The waterpump is not leaking. I have a very small leak off the composite flange on the driver side of the rad. Just too busy to get to it. I just have to top it up about once a year or so with about a litre. I hadn't top it up in a long while (over a year). Prior ...

Re: over-heated
If the water pump broke, I would still be having problems. It's totally fine now. I have driven it 3 times since then.

Hey guys,
have you noticed if the V6 is sensitive to being low on coolant?
I left my house today and made it about 5 blocks when I noticed the temp rising faster than normal, so I turned around and when I got home it was right at "H". I let it cool for about 45min to an hour and topped up it up ...

clutch line blew
Hey,
Does anyone still have saved copies of the old manual that use to be on mx-3.com. I just need one page really bad. One with an exploded view of the engine bay so I can traced the lines through and find the leak. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,

Re: mx on news today
hey guys,
I just thought it was interesting to see an MX on the news, that's all. You don't see them too often, let alone on TV. I actually saw another one today that went off the road to avoid something and ran into building. I feel for the driver, because it looked like it was a really nice car.

Hey,
Just saw an silver or white (hard to tell)modified MX on the news. It had a solid decal across the windshield that matched the colour of the car and a euro front bumper. Driver was arrested in Victoria for a Debit card scam. Just thought this might be interesting?

If you mean the rare plastic piece that goes across the the top of the hatch on the outside, then I am interested.
