try IAC. unplug the iac and see if it runs better. mine did the same thing but it would do it randomly.... and flood the engine at times. while driving.. mx3autozam (john) told me to unplug the iac and its running perfectly fine since. try it might solve your problem.

try unplugging your iac...... like leave all the coolant lines in it but just disconnect the electrical part of it. see if that changes anything.

mine did similar things. tried this and noticed a drastic improvement.

Im in construction (would love to get out of it) roofing to be particular. its a decent paycheque though but it has its price as well
