Didnt relize that guys. I know how it is, I own an Escort... Anyway, I have a midshaft, The bearing is bad in it. I decided to take it upon myself and take the bearing out. I suppose I can buy a new bearing, but mabey a seal needs replaced too ? Can someone help me find the bearing/seal replacement ?

I was gonna post, I took housing off by smaking it with a hammer, then the bearing came right off the shaft slightly tapping it.

what bolt holes? Are yopu talking about the bolts holding the midshaft to the block? If sop they are out no problems.

anyone know where might be able to find a part number, even OEM ? ??
