Re: Hard to track defrost problem.
... oops. I solved the problem a couple months ago. It was the relay. Her led went out on the button so you never knew if it was on or not, so there would be times where it would just stay on and drain the battery. Pulled the relay and it fried the wires and the relay it self... working on finding a...

Re: 1.6 sohc turbo
... Racing mazda used to provide a kit for our car but I don't think so anymore. Good luck finding a turbo manifold for our b6me. You may be able to beg certain people to part with theirs if by chance they swapped to a BP motor. Otherwise, NOBODY makes it anymore.... it sucks, I know, but haha I've ...

Re: intake
Has anybody used the intake from cosmoracing? It's alittle pricey but it is still cheaper than a weapon-r and it will work and fit on my 93 sohc.

Re: intake
Yeah, I understand all of the science behind everything. I am just trying to find an intake that will fit a 92/93 4 cylinder. Those year models used the older VAF setup, which is heavy and huge unlike the 94/95 which used the smaller MAF setup that is just a uniform cylinder shape and only two pounds.

Re: intake
Well, the one he pictured, would have worked perfectly... however that is not the one he sent. Started a dispute against him on paypal to either swap me out with the one that was pictured or to be issued a full refund. His ad stated that I would received everything that was pictured. On the same not...

Re: Cyberdyne Temperature Gauge Install (Installed!!!).
I finally got the gauge installed. For reference to everybody... do NOT force a 3/8" adapter for 1/8 NPT sending unit into the hole for the stock coolant temperature gauge sender in the thermostat. It will crack the housing. Use a 1/4" and a good bit of threading tape with some sealant aro...

Re: Bad MPG. 95 B6 DOHC...
Did you gut both cats? We gutted my 95 first cat and replaced the second and that solved it for thee most part. Maybe a faulty alternator is causing a voltage issue creating the stumble? Kind of a long shot.

I'd like to swap knowledge with this guy. He has knowledge on doing a motor swap, while I have knowledge on installing reverse gauges... it isn't fair!!!
