Guilty! I've done the screwdriver method, just never looked away until it was too late. 20W50 doesn't taste good at all!

Re: Oil Filter removal
As crazy as this sounds... make sure you are taking it off the right way. You could have gotten a oil filter wrench from a local auto parts store for no more than $10. As far as a socket size and going into mm's and such, you are making it harder than what it needs to be. You can also access it from...

I don't see why you couldn't splice another one in, I would try to find same year model of motor just incase there were any revisions made to the plug.

Re: Top Dash Removal 94+
I made a walk through on this in another post. My only problem that I have left is that the climate control as mentioned has two electrical connections and one cable connection for the temperature. I have the cable connected to both sides but it will not act like it should. The lever will go left to...

Re: mazda Eunos 30x 93 got a couple questions.
Congrats on your new purchase! As far as mods go, I believe you have the V6 correct? If so, then you will more than likely be told to swap to a KLZE or other variant. Otherwise, your performance mods are going to be limited. I own to I4's so I may not know what I am talking about. Finding a system f...

You can either use a #2 Phillips Head or you can use a ¼” socket with a #2 bit. 4. Remove the 2 12mm bolt...

This is what you need. It is at rockauto.com. Most local parts stores dont carry it on hand and could probably special order it if you asked them to. http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=1812152 http://info.rockauto.com/getimage/getimage.php?imageurl=http%3A%2F%2Finfo.rockauto.com%2FRockP...

Not questioning your intelligence or anything... my car is around the same compression + or - 10 to 20. What would a water pump have to do with compression? I'm just learning about the ins and outs so please don't flame me!SuperK wrote:sounds like a leaky water pump with a bad bearing.

Top Dash Removal 94+
I have searched... and read the manual, broke open the Chilton's manual... nothing. My 95's dash has cracked. Not having a pick and pull junk yard around, I had a junk yard pull one for me. They gave me the entire damn dash assembly. I have removed the dash top that I need to replace. Do I need to r...
