there was a leak in the vacume line, fixed that. it seemed good for a little bit but now its back.. its not as if power is being lost, like its going to stall out or shut down. . the dimming lights was never severe, it happens in accordance with the r's revving to about 1200 and dropping to about 80...

so when i am decelerating in neutral my car idles up and down, the tac bounces. with lights on they dim a bit. just when braking, once i stop idle returns to normal smooth.
