No, its not coming from the radiator over flow tank. Its coming from a black box connected to the air filter box located further down below the overflow tank.
As for the solenoid, I got a code 41 from the ecu. I traced down the VICS solenoid and put an OHM meter on it and it read open.
Any ideas?

Does anyone know where i can get a new VICS solenoid? Mine is bad and I can't seem to find one at any auto parts stores. Also, I have a gurgling sound coming from the box underneath/behind the drivers side headlight assembly. By the way I have a 94 1.6 DOHC and I am new to the site and would appreci...
