Re: Starting problems
If it turned over (meaning the engine was cranking) but just wouldn't start, then I wouldn't think it was your ignition. Did you pull the spark plugs at all to inspect them? May just need a tune up, or if there is oil in the spark plug wells, then you would need to replace the valve cover gaskets. I...

Re: Oil in spark plug wells
Yeah, sounds like valve cover gaskets. Not sure but a garage might charge 4 hours or more for labor. The front isn't hard at all to change, the rear is a little harder to get to some of the bolts, I'd have to go look but I think the intake manifold has to come off to change the rear valve cover gask...

Re: Runs rough at low RPM's
maybe bad gas? try fuel system treatment? bad fuel pump/low fuel pressure? I have noticed alot of cars run rough on the bottom of the tank because of the sediment, water, etc. in the bottom of the tank I guess. My MX-3 always ran a little rougher at 1/4 tank and less. My fiancee' Jeep Liberty is the...

Re: Not to beat a dead horse ... but i still need help
A bad wheel bearing would make the car vibrate when it gets up some speed. But the clunks when you hit bumps, and the weight shifting side to side sounds like something in the suspension. Your coilsprings are all ok? I read about a recall on MX3's having bad coilsprings, and people having problems w...

Re: [WTB] automatic seatbelt sensor/switch
There was a recall on MX-3 seatbelts. Bad motors in the auto seatbelts or something. You can get a tool from Mazda, that will allow you to crank the seatbet and lock it into the back postion. (Not sure if anyone has ever succesfully had Mazda repair their seatbelts to factory automatic.) With it loc...

Re: RS going through radiator fluid.
Maybe a small, slow leak that isnt noticable? I had similar issue with my GS. Water pump ended up going out. Had it replaced, and still had problems with it overheating, and had to watch coolant lvl constantly. Ended up with blown head gasket anyway. I did drive the car hard though ;; but yeah I alw...

So, if your looking for anything in particular, let me know. Just off the top my head I have: All 92 GS stock parts. Pakfeifer front, sid...
