i do think your asking too much i have never seen a intercooler with a stock bumber and ac
your going to have to loose one or the other i think but i could be wrong

well fiberglass is less weight then sheet metal but it is less durable too but unlike metal it dose not rust so i hope that helps in you decision making

i have a 93 1.8l gs and the belt broke while i was driving it but that is simple to fix (i hope) this all happened after a burnout competition with a buddy of mine(which i won hands down) the car after the burn out felt like it was loosing power stearing pressure and sounded like a gear was grinding...
