Engine mounts

whats expected out of this? The K8 doesn't seem to move as much as other engines I have seen. i.e. the 2k1 Eciplse I4 or Honda I4s. The gains seem that they would be unnoticable without a dyno. Would you only gain very small numbers? Basically is it a good investment while doing a swap when the engi...

Re: What Octane does a 92' mx-3 GS call for?

what ever you can afford you aren't going to see much gain if any from high octane if your running on stock components, maybe at higher compression/ forced induction levels you'll have to start using higher octane.

Re: A Pillar Gauge Pods

anyone know if its possibly to modify those to work with auto seat belts? If the angle is not facing that far towards the rear of the car i think you could just remove some of it to make way for the seat belt

Re: blue lights

HIDs are not a waste of money. And your lights are not the same as them. Otherwise you would have a ballast and VERY expensive bulbs.

Re: HKS filters

you'll be losing more than just idle power, you'll lose power all the way up. You might gain a little up top, but not compared to what you will gain with a CAI.

HIDs are the real thing, they can be white or blue or purple (BMWs i think). Anyway you can find those at any perfornace site try optauto.com, those they are $400-500 and you lose your high beams. I recommend getting a good pair of PIAAs or Sylvania Silverstars, they are hyper whites, and much brigh...
