Wow, I wish I wasn't so pov right now. That kit is mad. Maybe I could scrape together the cash by spring.

My GS just has a front lip, a spoiler and mud guards on the front.

Re: Crack in Rad Fill Stem
I've never even put rad fluid in it when it's hot. I always top it up cold. I think it was a combination of the plastic stem and the fact that my rad cap didn't have a spring loaded valve in it.
I've got a good cap now along with some superglue helpin out the crack on the outside. I should have t...

Crack in Rad Fill Stem
I have a crack in the plastic stem that my rad cap is screwd onto. When I install the new one will I need to use some sort of sealant between the stem and the metal or can i just hand tighten it?

Re: Question on installing Aluminum Wing
I'm not a fan of the supra-style wing, but I do have to say that it fits the lines of the car better than an aluminum wing.
It's hard to find a good spoiler that fits the mx-3.
Oh, and what's a wrap-around wing? Is it the one that looks kinda like the gs spoiler, only it's raised up a bit?

Re: Fixing My Sub
It would be, but I got the subs with the car when I bought it. So that's a no go.
I've got some electrical tape in the right now that's doing the trick, but it won't last.

Fixing My Sub
I've got a couple of JL 10w3s, and on one of them a lead has come loose from where it was glued to the cone. It makes a really loud rattle at loud volumes, any suggestions on what type of glue I should use to fix it?

Re: mx-3 wiper, gas milage, and brake cable
Your brake light is on? I don't know if it's the same problem, but mine got real loose after I had it for about 3 months. The light would flicker on and off when I went over bumps.
If you pull off the console between the seats there's a nut you can tighten to stifen up your brake, don't make it t...

Re: Installing Custom Pedals (Group buy)?...
I removed the plastic cover on the gas pedal before instalation, the screws would probably grip better if it's on though.
Russ was under the impression that the gas pedal was completely plastic. It would be a good idea to pick up some bolts and nylon locknuts similar to the ones used on the brake...

Re: Muffled Left Channel
Thanks for the ideas people. I've narrowed it down to the amp, and everything inside seems solid enough. Might be time for a new amp.

Muffled Left Channel
I bought a 92 gs about a month ago. The previous owner had a good sound system professionally installed, two JL 10s each powered by 100w Rockford amps, and a 45w 2 channel doing the MB Quart components up front. Recently though, the left channel up front has been very muffled, to the point where I c...

Taking Out 92-93 Vents
Has anyone removed the a/c vents in a 92/93? I want to paint them without masking off my whole interior.
