Re: Clutch won't bleed

I guess if I got some time tomorrow I'll try letting gravity do the work. But as it stands right now I spent close to an hour trying to bleed it and I still can't put it in gear.

Clutch won't bleed - Fixed

Ok. I was having some problems with my clutch. Seemed like air in the lines. I'd have to pump the pedal occasionaly to get the clutch tp release. So I tried bleeding it. I seemed to get all the air out, but I lost all tension in the pedal. So I removed both the master and slave cylinders and check t...

Re: Replace Fuel Lines

I had considered leaving the lines as is in the engine bay and joining them under the car, but there was absolutely no clean rust-free tubing under the car that I could make a solid connection with.

Re: Replace Fuel Lines

I've got new lines from Mazda, all pre-bent. The hard part is at the front of the car where they go up into the engine bay. They run between the fire wall and the driver side steering linkage, if you take off the front driver's side tire you can see the fuel and brake lines running in the gap. it's ...

Re: What are these Vacuum Solenoids for?

That was my first guess, EGR. I could have sworn the EGR was on the other side of the engine though, that's why I wasn't sure.

What are these Vacuum Solenoids for?

While trying to replace my fuel lines I fount this set of vacuum solenoids behind and to the left of the fuel filter (when viewed from the front of the car). They were both hooked up electrically, but no vacuum lines were run to them, just the one in between. Anyone know what they are for? Unneeded ...

Replace Fuel Lines

I've had a nasty drip on one of my fuel lines under the car for a while now, and I've finally got around to doing something about it. I'm balls-deep in the swap out now, I've got the tank dropped, all the clips under the car removed, the battery is out, fuel filter gone, and return line in the engin...

Re: Kl-ZE: which spark plugs

could someone explain gapping to me? for a noob like me, bigger gap = more spark = better burning of fuel = better MPG & performance but that can't be right, please explain ^_^ That's right but only half of it. You can only run a bigger gap if your ignition system can make a strong enough spark...

Problem - Door Buzzer, Beeper, Warning Chime... Whatever

Ok, wierd problem. Started immediately after I rebuilt my front brakes and put new pads all around. It better be a coincidence tho, I didn't touch any electrical in the process. Well, here's the issue. It's annoying as hell. If the car's not running, either door is open, and I depress the brake peda...

Re: Black interior panel inserts only on RS's?

My GS has the fugly purple crap on the drivers side, and black on the pass-side, one of the previous owners had a little misshap that required a new pass-side door, I noticed the rasp-metalic paint under the white long before I noticed the difference in fabric.

Re: anyone have LED front turn signals

I don't remember which ones were a little tight, but either the 1156's or 1557's were kinda tight fitting the bulbs through the hole in the taillight housing, I just had to wiggle them a bit. The ones I used in the front were eurolites, and only project forward, not to the sides. They fit fine, but ...
