Air/Fuel Sensor Readings - Autometer
I've had a rich condition for a while, and now that I've finally fixed my random stalling I've started to address it. I got my ZE installed a couple years back and for about half the time I've had it I've noticed carbon spots all over the bumper (white car, easy to see) So I got an autometer C2 air/...

Well, I think I've finally fixed this. I went to take it for a drive on the 16th, and the tach was all over the place at idle, bouncing around in a 1500 rpm range. So I got fed up, figured it had to have something to do with the tach signal wire. I grabbed the disty wires and just started workin 'em...

well got my chipped ecu in, haven't cleaned off the o2s yet cause my socket is over at my folk's place. Started her up and she's got a bit of a misfire(?) in the idle. It kinda goes like: v-v-v-v-v-v-v-v-bvv-v-v-bvv-bvv-v-v-v-v-bvv-v-v-v-v-v-bvv-v-v-v-v-bvv-v-v-v-v if that makes any sense... Ha, I l...

I actually have changed my O2 sensors... I didn't do em both at once though... the front one is probably a couple years old, and the rear one is probably no older than a year and a half. I did pull inversion codes on both sensors over the weekend. Since I've been running my K8 ECU and the thing coug...

Lets see, I've still got the problem. Only I had some major ignition failure a month or so back. Just before it happened I checked both the crank and cam position sensors... they were both within spec. Then, driving at highway speed my tach started bouncing up and down by around 300rpm both ways. If...

I've gone through the same process almost yearly with my car. Originally I had all the calipers painted with Hi-temp white, but it tended to be hard to clean. My last attempt I stripped my calipers down to base parts and had them shot-peened, then used the gold stuff from Candian Tire that's meant f...

Yea, SS would look good. I'm usually too impatient to source something like that if I don't have it sitting around. I just used some galvanized corner braces from home hardware, the biggest I could find, and cut em down to about an inch, shaped em a little bit them coated them with about 5 to 6 laye...

Kuromu, man. You beat me to this by a day. Ha, I grabbed a pair of 01 Corolla hood struts and mounted both of them (My hood was sitting crooked with only one. I'll thow up some pics a little later. Also if I were you I'd try mounting the strut on the inside of the bracket you made, it should flex le...

I post this here as well, since it fits this forum better than at the tail end of my slightly derailed (my doing... thank you, thank you) clearance post in appearance. That's what I thought too but the question is how? That's a good question, I can't really say until I try. I was thinking that these...

That's what I thought too but the question is how? That's a good question, I can't really say until I try. I was thinking that these 90-91 CRX turn signals might be the most suitable. http://www.eautoworks.com/html/ORD-1-1-1-22595.cfm There's also a pretty big list of possible lenses here: http://w...
