I've been on the lookout but I need to get a EGR Valve for a 93 v6. If anybody has one, has done an engine swap or is parting out a car please let me know.
It needs to be in good functioning condition.

this is true. EGR valves do control emissions.
But they can also can cause running problems.
The egr mixes exhaust gas with the incoming fresh air (using the exhaust gas with the air mixture allows it to be burned again, and thus reduces noX emissions)

Ok, have a 93 gs. I have just over 210,000 miles. In the past 1000 or so im getting an awkward sputtering around 3000 rpm.
When i give it gas while driving the engine bogs down. After a few seconds it stabilizes and i can drive normally again.

hey, i have had the same problem, but there is a solution. The automatic seat belts in early model mx-3's had a defect, and were recalled by mazda. If you go to your local mazda dealership and ask them about it they should help you. If the vin from you car matches the recall, which it sounds like it ...
