the charcoal canisiter stores excess fuel vapors rather than letting them randomly seep out into the engine bay,,it stores the vapors and then releases them back into the intake to be burned off...it is more of an emissions thing,,but i wouldnt recommend removing it..the idea of gas vapours doesnt a...
