Well ..the Kl-ZE is almost ready to be placed into the car ...everything is done ...The bad news is the tierods and the balljoints are all on backorder....so I am not going to driving until friday...this gives me another paycheck to get the Motor mounts and the MSD ignition and coil..The 1.8 may be ...

Nope didnt have a pin...just had to whale on it with the crow bar..splined shaft pulled right out neat and clean....easy when its on the floor :)

Sorry,I ment the timing belt tensioner ..guess i been breathing to many fumes from the brake parts cleaner :D ..he said no problem he is going to shave 3 LBS (he thinks) $120 .00 (2 hours labor)..better than spending $320.00 on a aluminum flywheel. (I hope)! I really didnt want to get an 11 LB alumi...

no ...not to lazy to put it on I was just kidding ... it was hard (very)hard getting it off and even harder puting it back on! :) Mostly this post was questing why hondas don't have theirs on but we do. It's not that I want to remove it ...it's that I don't want to put it back on hehe.. I about to change the Water pump and the Timing belt. I was just curious as to why modded honda's don't have the cover on. didn't know if it was a Vtech thing ..OMG I sad a bad word :p <p>Cage

Today was a good day no surprises! The engine is out and on the floor. The bell housing is removed and the flywheel is ready to be taken tomorrow to be lightend. Well, Day three... all the axles are pulled, all the heater hoses are pulled as well as all connectors relating to sensors and vacuum are pulled and labeled...even took pictures with the digital of most connectors just to be sure, I would connect them correctly. I have pounded and pounded on the bolt tring to get it to come out....I unbolted the shifter and let it fall on the pipe to relese any pressure that may have been on the bolt....I have even used a jack to pus...
