I own a 1992 mazda mx3 gs and just upgraded and installed a millenia throttle body. Now when I put it in gear (manual) at a complete stop my car moves up to 2000rpm. How do I reset the IAC and TPS?

I own a 1992 Mazda MX-3 GS. Here is my situation. I noticed that my battery light dims on (not fully lighting up) at certain times. The wierd part is when I turn my head lights on the battery light goes out, shouldn't it get brighter?
