Also be sure to shine a light up from underneath at the water pump to check the weaphole for moisture. Its the pulley dead center of your engine above the main drive pully ( your harmonic balencer). Either way its still an easy afternoon job at the worst :wink: Totally forgot about the water pump! ...

This car must have been sitting for a while. I've had this problem before and here's how you fix it. 1.) Go buy some Coolant and a funnel. 2.) Let the car sit over night so you KNOW its cold 3.) Take off the radiator cap 4.) Turn on the car 5.) Poor the coolant into the rad via the radiator cap open...

That is an interesting problem to say the least. My best guess would say a short somewhere on the brake lights. If the car is on and Idling and you hit the brakes does the idle go up about 200rpm-ish? I know when I had a short on the break lights on my mx3 the idle would bounce around.

If the owner doesn't mind, I can rewrite the website and do a lot of cool stuff to make it a bit more...Friendly. Not to mention faster.

Hissing should have given it away right off the bat. Check all the vacuum hoses for cracks. Find out where exactly the hissing is coming from. See if you can hook it up and check to see if its posting any codes too. Report back w/ your findings.
