head internal swap
ok i got both of my heads ready ze and de...im using the ze heads they most definately flow more...i am also using the ze cams...my question is what parts should i use from the de heads and what should i keep orignal in the ze? i am installing new valve seals as well...

i have heard plenty about oil pump shimming...when i buy my new one i think i will shimm it but are the complete directions out there? i have searched and found nothing but pros and cons about it

well i have de heads that have a the exhaust side ported...should i just get the intake side ported some and call it a day?

questions about toga pasrts 1. are the moly plazma piston rings as good as they say they are? 2. oil pumps why are they bad again? 3. viton valve seal any good? 4. the HP series main/rod bearings better for turbo/s.c./n02? let me know i am considering the rings/ valve seals and bearing on my engine ...

#6 oil jet porting?
since the #6 cylinder is very small compared to the others can i have it ported to match the jets (sprayers) i really dont want to spin another rod bearing just because poor oil flow... any ideas?

block/head question
i just picked up my de short block. since i spun a rod bearing in my ze. i have de heads on my ze block right now the heads have an exhaust port done and thats it. i can get ze heads for 75$ from my friend that doesnt have a car to put them on. my question is should i keep the de heads or get the ze...

so why does everyone say to swap out the ze valvetrain for the de stuff? couldn't i just put some titanium retainers instead of reusing old parts????

i am going to have my ze heads sent out to be checked and rebuilt,,,is this knife edging the inlet ports helpful? i do run about 5psi of boost....is there some other things i could bring up to the attention of the machinist???

i was just asking i dont have a motor like that......se7en would a 0.063 work??? and does it matter if im getting my oil supply from what used to be a blocked off port???

hey thanks alot...tho i need to figure out if this engine needs a crank or if the bearings werent torqued properly...has anyone heard of a 2.5l curved neck de??? or is it just the probe (kl03/de)motor with a curved neck im???

hi everyone im new i was over at probetalk but now am i proud owner of a 93 mx3 ze-t....ok i just bought a garret t3 57 trim .63a/r for my ze mx3...and i was wondering why slowboyracing says i shouldn't run a restrictor to the turbo...but what do you guys think??? i mean is 30psi at idle too much???...
