I just noticed this today but when i press my clutch it i hear like a popping sound kinda sounds like something plastic or something. any ideas?

well the car has been running on idle for about the past 20 min and its still doing the same problem, i thought maybe it might be the cold air intake on there. so i put back on the old one but it still did the same crap. but im letting all the old gas run out.

see i didnt do mine in diagnostic mode, mine is working fine, but if you changed your idle and your car still wasnt warm yet then thats prolly why i would say its idle is changing off and on. Mine stays at 900-1000

yea around there i tightened my idle screw all the way in it only went down to 900, so i prolly have a lil leak somewhere but ill take 900rpms then 2000rpm, but yea let me know if it worked. it was 45 here today i mean it wasnt fully overheating at first it was staying at like below half mark, then i was running the a/c to see about the fans and then i shut them off and was sitting there and then i noticed it had went up to about 1/4 about half way mark

think it could be a bad thermostat or bad fuse, i looked at the cooling fan fuse today as well and it didnt look blow, just kinda weird when i tested the plug for the cooling fans wasnt getting any power out of it, but weird they come on when the a/c gets turned on

well if you are having the same problem i had, i got mine fixed today, i would start the car up and it would idle about 2000 then go down sometimes, then the going up and down crazy idle, fixed it today, top of the throttle body, the idle screw, tighten it in, my rpms are now at 900-1000rpm, i dunno...

well when i turned on the A/C both of the fans were running, and then they shut off when i shot off the a/c

oh and by the way its the GS 1.8 V6 if that helps
