Re: Mooneggs - 1992 mx-3 gs "fast car" (tons of pics)
If I could just jump in here with a n00b question on topic.... Rather than try to make the car fit the light....make the light fit the car?? Has anyone ever messed with keeping the MX3 front lens and cutting through the actual parabolic reflectors to see if you can closely match them? I know the civ...

TIP: Worn Drivers' Seat Repair
Ok so if your MX3 is anything like mine or 95% of the ones I've seen, your drivers' seat is worn through on the door-side bolster from years of "sliding" in and out over it. I've searched endlessly for a used replacement seat in better condition, but as you probably know, they are scarce! ...

Re: I'm back, with another one!
Sucks the stock front lip isnt still on it. Im probally just going to try to find a stock front lip, throw on my 17" ADR's (black w/chrome lip). I also have an extra set of coilovers that should fit. Where to find the lip though, any price ranges? Thought the 1.8 would be alittle quicker, but ...

Re: Stock air intake duct
Nope, that about sums it up :D I've tried all kinds of variations of intake, the best by far is a simple K&N filter in the stock airbox. It doesn't look fast, but it works. You mean the stock box was actually better than every CIA you tried? So if someone wanted to use a CIA just for the sound ...

Cosmetic ZE Refinishing
I been thinking about how I want to do this. I suppose I'll shampoo and paint the block, oil pan, starter and tranny - but I'm not settled on the rest. I'd love to disassemble the alternator and any other clearly visible drives, along with the IM and valve covers, and redo them too. With my limited ...

She doesn't have to want to put out. As with the KLZE, determination will get it in

Re: Hold my hand lol
Loads of questions will surely follow when I begin the swap sometime this spring (my shop is unheated) im the meantime I'll probably pull the KLZE, remove valve covers/intake, clean them up somehow, and cleaning/painting of the block/heads :) For the first time im getting excited! its almost like lo...

nsklzemx3 - 1993 MX-3 GS ***LONG MAY YOU RUN***
From noob to novice lol...the transplant: Here's the poop. I have a 93 Canadian version MX3 with the 1.8 and manual tranny. http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t258/1981aloha27/KLZE%20Swap/MX3%20Summer%202007/PDR_0616-1.jpg As with most 1.8's (so I've been told) shes starting to smoke and is in need ...
