K8 INT valve is 28mm / EXH valve is 23mm

Exhaust port size is the same on all K's as I understand it.

*IF* you could get it to actually work (head gasket issues, different chamber size, etc), your low-end torque would likely increase at the expense of the top-end...... worth even trying???

Hi, sorry for your problems.....

Can you not convert to the manual seatbelts from the european MX-3's?? I would do that if possible instead of trying to get the automatic belts from across the water.

Thanks for the confirmation - that's what I thought. Do the KFZE Square port heads have the larger HLA's on the intake side like the KLZE?

If anyone has KFZE Square port heads lying around (and IM as well), I might be interested.....

So the Lantis R that I've read about w/the KFZE and Square port IM doesn't have Square port heads??

Any more info on how the 2.3l oil pump is different? Is it a bolt-on,etc?

Thanks for the correction - I came across that while googling..... I was hoping it wasn't true.

I've read that the cam journals are larger on the KL's, so the KL31's aren't a 'bolt-in' for the K8's.... (if true)
