Man I sure hope this aint what it looks like.. or maybe it wont matter for some reason.. but this sure looks like a crack to me... Tunes67 Yeah, I saw that too. I think it's part of the intake though, but I'd be concerned about vibrations causing metal bits to break off and go into the cylinders.

We have this problem at times also. I've determined that we are on the very edge of someone else's signal, and sometimes the computer tries to connect to that signal. When that happens, we don't get online. I have to go in a disable that other signal and then do a "repair" on the connectio...

This may, or may not help, but a powder coating company near me can do a hi-temp silver powdercoat on engine parts. They then polish the part in a process similar to a rock tumbler, but on a much larger scale and much gentler to the part. Their parts come out shining almost like chrome and can withs...

Ideally I'd like to see Kucinich in the white house. He's against war, and actually voted against the invasion of Iraq. Sadly, I don't see him getting the nomination since he's considered a "fringe" candidate, and not given the press that the front-runners are. So, I'll be voting for Obama...

Check this out...
I was in a Change of Command ceremony back in the day. We had a C-130 flyover as part of the ceremony. Five C-130s came over 500ft off the deck, and triggered every car alarm within 1/4 mile of the parade grounds. :D Definitely worth the price of admission!

Although I don't have all the info, I may be able to shed some light on your question. The tire sizes number describe Tread width/Height ratio/Rim diameter. so a 205/40/16 would be 205mm wide, 40% of 205mm high (from rim to tread), and will fit a 16 inch rim. As you can see, by increasing either the...

To hold the pod style vents in place...just place them where you want them pointed ... and then push it inside: IT works i tell you  You will feel the vent going about 2 mm inside, and that holds it in place :) Happy vent ho...

Another, but different, vent question

Before I even begin, I searched for this info, I even read the online manual, but couldn't get a concrete enough idea of how to fix my problem. Problem: My dash vents ('95 pod style) don't stay where I aim them for long. They always seem to end up pointed at the floor after a day or two. Proposed so...

BTW, I agree with Shameem (who's quicker than I am) that beyond 1Gb of RAM, you won't see much of a difference with system speed, and cleaning up your HDD will help a lot too.
