You guys were right. I got one from ebay "innovative autosports" or something like that. Said it would work with an Mx-3 and you don't need a JE-50. I thought it was optional. However the car acted like the VAF was disconnected when i had it plugged in. I went back to my old one and no pro...

Okay, I need to get in on this. So, my co-worker is putting tires away and notices in the parking lot that these two chics are standing there with a washer fluid bottle just completely baffled. He decides to go over there and assist (PS he's really geeky looking). Apparently he told them that if the...

Okay, it seems my 92 ecu is new enough. I just got the chip in. It's a 28 pin IC chip. Only problem is, i see 4 of them on the ribbon cable side. One has a big shiny black sticker with some numbers on it. Do you know if this is the one that needs to be de-soldered?

After hearing a probe with a ZE and a supercharger I can't get that amazing sound out of my head. I'm gonna do it. I just have to get the cash to experiment.

See that's what I'm talking about. What problem am I going to run into with my 92. Everyone says they're a little different but no one explains why.

I wonder if this will fit in the A/C area. It's a S/C from a Mercedes Kompressor. The price is pretty attractive. The angles look good. Maybe I could relocate the rad fans to the front to make some space. I think the piping would be a pain in the butt because of the header right next to it. I'm thin...

Ehh... Definitely original. The only thing that really makes me want to throw up though is when them guys paint drum brakes. It looks ridiculous in my opinion.

I talked with the guy from probinator and he said the results for mx-3's often turn out bad. You sure? The chip I'm soldering in is NOT from probinator. The probinator I've seen is an entire ECU that has been flashed. Also, I have a 92 GS. I heard the 92's are just a little different in some ways. B...

*Bows to mx3autozam*

Thank you!!!

You saved me a 100 dollar "WOOPS!"

So I guess I'm going to try one of those chips you have to solder into the ecu. I figured that might be better than dealing with a probinator.

KL96 KLB6 ECU?

Apparently these are taken from Eunos 800's with KLZE's. Any Idea if these will work? The guy tells me it's a rare ECU and it works in a Probe GT. I checked with the forums first and someone mentioned something about it but they weren't clear on if it works. Think it's just for an Automatic and will...

OMG. Now I don't feel so retarded. My GS is my first and will be my last as well. Rock on man. 154k Miles 3rd Owner Avoided being totaled at least 3 times. Things that have failed killing my mx-3: A doe, a buck, a Sebring, a Pontiac, mother nature (ice), and 3 unknown because the cowards did a hit a...

Oh yeah... about the cops. My neighbors were whining because my exhaust is loud. SSautochromes with no cat, a resonator and a glass pack. I figured it was only a matter of time. The cop didn't have to be such a prick about it though. He was like "So what are you doing here besides making noise&...

I'm not sure. Hopefully I'll ever have the cash for a new "normal" disty or the balls for a msd. Maybe I can find another millenia cap. And to your question mx3autozam, there's some ZE's being shipped with a strange looking 6 nozzle distributor. They won't work without a wire modification....

Well, the MSD mod is a good idea. Unless you're like me and have a lady at home who's getting real tired of your money spending lol. I checked, it revs good, idles steady. Not bad for some Jap man's junk. However I didn't get to test drive it. The cops got called on me for working on my car too late...
