Would not trust anything less than ARP studs to put down 2200bs/ft of torque to the ground (torque to the wheels AND ring gear for a KL/KLZE in 1st gear - that's 220lbs/ft per "tiny" M10 stud). Recommended torque is 25-32 ft/lbs + red loctite when assembling the ring gear to the Quaife (cr...

PATDIESEL: Make sure you have appointments scheduled with your dentist and chiropractor on your way back. Teeth fillings and lower back will need some work. Also do not foget ear plugs, your brain would buzz for a month without them.

Got one. Definetly worth every penny for track and SoloII racing + unlimited lifetime garantee. Need to drill out the rivets holding the ring gear to the OEM open diff, transfer the ring gear and speedo gears to the Quaife + new set of bearings. Bolts/Studs kit is required to attach the ring gear to...

http://www.foamseal.com/auto_aftermarket.htm 1.76lbs/cubic foot, apparently 4-5 kits are required depending on the car type. Advantage of this kit is that it comes in pressurized cans with a static dispenser (nothing to mix and try to pour down side up in the chassis!) Tried contacting the company ...

Gone crazy over the last 2 years since I updated my diet page. Now just shy of 440lbs. Rear hatch is not yet in the plan as this would push me in the Modified category.

The OEM bolt supplied should fit right in. If not, a slight touch on the *edge* of the hole of the bushing should to the trick. Tolerancing is very tight to get the least free play. A 0.001" to 0.002" piece of burr (left from our use of deburring tool to break all sharp edges) on the edge ...

2 benefits of big brakes: higher clamping power and improved fade resistance. Unless you add a ton worth of audio equipment, stock clamping power (braking torque) is more than enough to lock the front wheels (even with hot Toyo RA-1s). However fade resistance sucks. You can upgrade to higher temp th...
