Re: heim joint rear suspension
The suspension, under that kind of a setup will be benefical in two ways. The first way is that it will, depending on the type of materials you use and the welding technique, make the part much stronger than stock. Thus improving handling, while also if you use materials such as chrome-moly, aluminu...

Re: Megasquirt FMU
I am actually in the process of building my Megasquirt ECU. But just so you know that you will be able to buy a fully built MegasquirtnSpark programmed for a KL-engine, keeping all of your stock accessories for around 350 dollars, just watch probetalk for it. Megasquirt is juat as good as any other ...

Re: Anyone have tricked out door panels?
Jarid, Do you want to make the whole door panel into fiberglass or just the carpeted part? If its the whole door panel you can lay a sheet of fiberglass right over the whole panel, and add resin then mold it on there. Then keep adding layers, until it strong enough. Imho, i think that if you were go...

Re: when will there be real projectors?
Well I would never intend on one person to do it all themself, as i agree with you it is a daunting task to do. I guess what i meant was more like a thread in which if you've done a retrofit, post in it and put as much as you can, interms of information. If said thread ever did occur, it would be nic...

Re: when will there be real projectors?
Even though this wouldnt be as easy as having a company make a set of headlights for our cars. It sure would be great if some people who have done a retrofit could post step-by-step pics of the whole process start to finish. With some quality instructions. I know that searching this very forum, bits...

Re: KL motor queston
When you go pick it up make sure you tell them that you want it left on a pallet, that way it makes it easier to grab on too. After that three people shjould be able to lift it with ease, im sure the engine is probably only a round a few hundred pounds.

Re: Cant find a millenia intake mani :(
Sam the stock KLDE manifold (US Spec MX6) will fit, with no problems at all. I just installed mine over the weekend, the only thing that you are going to need to find is a rubber 90 degree elbow from somewhere like Home Depot to go from the TB to the VAF. Email or IM me if you have any questions, Mi...

Wil,
According to a member of probetalk that I talked too, he said that the stock PGT fuel pump flows 90 lph. You might want to try and search PT.
